Research Consultancy Service
The CLT Research Consultant provides support for postgraduate research students and staff through the identification of research skill requirements and delivery of research skills training and developmental workshops.
Each semester a program of workshops and seminars is offered which covers both generic research skills (e.g. developing a research proposal, preparing a literature review, managing qualitative data) and specialist software training (e.g. NVivo, EndNote, SPSS).
Individual assistance with planning and conducting research is also available, on request, to staff and postgraduate students based in the Faculty of Regional Professional Services (Bunbury campus).
Research students and staff from the three metropolitan faculties (Education & Arts, Computing, Health and Science, Business & Law) should initially contact their Faculty Research Consultant for individual advice and assistance.
The Faculty Research Consultants may, however, refer staff and students on to the CLT Research Consultant for assistance with specific issues.
