Meeting dates were drafted in the second half of 2008, taking into account as far as possible alignment of related committees and reporting pathways. The 2009 Meeting Schedule and Meeting Planner were endorsed by Council 23 October 2008 and approved by the Vice-Chancellor. All pages are formatted to print to A4.

The schedule of meeting dates for 2010 will be drafted in the second half of 2009, for endorsement by Council at its meeting of 22 October 2009, and subsequent approval by the Vice-Chancellor.
