||The Management for Performance System (MPS) provides an opportunity to align individual and team performance with the University’s strategic priorities and faculty/centre operational plans.
It also provides staff with an opportunity to reach their potential by actively identifying and achieving professional and personal goals, which are congruent with Faculty/Centres’ operational plans.
