| On 20th April 2006, Council received a report on ECU's
Academic Profile. The Report provides essential
information on the focus and range of course offerings
and the award levels of courses at ECU, makes comparisons
with other WA universities and lists discussion points
for consideration of the future direction of the Academic
Profile. The Report is one of a series of Strategic
Dialogue papers to be presented to Council this year
and these papers will help inform the development of
ECU's next Strategic Plan. |
In March 2006 the Department of Education Services released Analysis and Issues paper on the development of a State vision and strategy for higher education in Western Australia. ECU's response to the paper.

In December 2005 the Department of Education Services released two discussions paper on the development of a strategy for higher education for regional residents of Western Australia, the Ashton Report 2005 and Regional Higher Education Report 2005. ECU responded with A Strategy For Higher Education For Regional Residents Of Western Australia.
