Blackboard has two tools that allow students to securely submit their work to instructors:

Files submitted using either the Digital Dropbox or the Assignment Tool are stored on Blackboard and are accessible only by those with Control Panel access (Instructors, Teaching Assistants, and Graders).

Setting up an Elluminate Live Session in MyECU

Starting Elluminate Live! via MyECU
Elluminate Live! is an online collaboration tool which enables groups to communicate using text and voice and to share presentations, websites, documents, their desktops and applications.
If you are using it on campus, in a lab or via the ECU wireless network, then a few settings are required to set up the ECU Proxy, through which you need to authenticate to access the internet.

Also if you are launching an Elluminate session via Internet Explorer you will need to open the session in a new window by right-clicking the "join" button and selecting "Open in new window". You could also try using Firefox as an alternative.

Campus Pack Upgraded on 28 June 2008
The Campus Pack tools that include blogs, wikis, podcasts, personal websites and search tools have all been upgraded to offer various fixes and improvements.
If you had a wiki, podcast, search or blog tool (ie the site wide version of the tool rather than one created in a content area) linked from a menu item in your MyECU site then you will need to add it again to the menu. NB Only the link to the tool will have gone - no data will have been lost.

Lists of educational resources from MERLOT (Multimedia Educational Resource for Learning and Online Teaching) are available as modules in MyECU.
MyECU Wikis upgraded today - 7 March 2008
In order to fix a fault with several unit site wikis, the MyECU wiki tool (Teams LX) has been upgraded today.
No content will have been affected but you may have to re-add a link to a site wiki to your MyECU menu if you had one there previously.
