Student Tip: My unit is not listed in MyECU

Please note: Not all units contained on the Timetable have MyECU sites. Units that do not have an online component or units that make use of courseware applications other than MyECU will not be listed in MyECU.

If a unit you are currently enrolled in is not listed when you login to MyECU (under the MyECU Sites tab), and you believe that you should have access to a site, here are a few things you can try:

  1. Contact your Unit Co-ordinator and make enquiries about what learning resources have been generated for your unit (i.e. does the unit have a MyECU site?).

    If you receive confirmation that the unit does have a site then . . .

  2. Contact the IT Service Desk
    Call 6304-6000 or email at help@ecu.edu.au and lodge a site access enquiry (please remember to include details such as the unit code, semester, and your mode of enrolment, student ID and contact details).
