Student Liaison

Student Liaison is the branch of SSC that deals with front line student administration interactions and information services to all ECU students.

Typically our services involve providing information to students and staff about most administrative procedures, managing and handling enquiries and providing an on campus central location for pick up, lodgement and processing of forms, verifying supporting documentation etc,

We encourage all ECU students to check with us if they have any issues as we can either answer their questions or refer them to the relevant specialist area across the University network of support providers for assistance.

Student liaison handles:

  • All new student enrolments
  • All student re enrolments
  • Communication to students via bulk e-mail, SMS and web information
  • Enquiry management
  • Current student enquiry handling
  • Current international and domestic student support
  • Payments
