The University offers on-campus accommodation at all three campuses, operated by Campus Living Villages. An off-campus housing referral service also operates through the ECU Village website.
Student villages at the Joondalup, Mount Lawley and South West campuses are operated by student accommodation company Campus Living Villages. The villages consist of single and multi-room units with shared self-catering facilities, and they provide a modern, friendly environment. There is a wide range of apartment styles including recently developed apartments, to suit a variety of budgets.
New accommodation was developed at Mount Lawley and opened in 2011. New accommodation is currently under development at Joondalup and is expected to open in 2015. Both new developments feature National Rental Affordability Scheme approved dwellings, offering tenants rent at below market prices.
All villages are located on-campus and close to all campus facilities. Local shops and sport and recreation facilities are within walking distance, or easily accessible by public transport.
For more information about on-campus accommodation, visit the ECU Village website.
The Villages operate a referral service to assist students in seeking off-campus accommodation. This service provides access to both individuals and real estate agents who may have properties available for rent.
