Anniversary book

Friday, 29 June 2012

To mark the 20th anniversary of ECU, I am pleased to announce the completion of a high-quality coffee table book, entitled Edith Cowan University 1991-2011 The Journey So Far, which will be given to all ongoing and fixed-term staff.

2011 was a special year for ECU as we celebrated three very significant milestones: the 150th anniversary of the birth of our namesake, Edith Cowan; the 90th anniversary of her election to Parliament; and the 20th anniversary of the commencement of ECU.

The book highlights just some of the people, facilities and achievements that have contributed to making ECU the successful University it is today.

It is my pleasure to send you a copy of the book and to thank you for your contributions to ECU.

Copies will be sent to Heads of Schools and Centre Directors for distribution to their staff in the next week.

Happy reading!
