It is my great pleasure to congratulate ECU’s Contact Centre, within the Student Services Centre, on receiving the Gold Medal in the 2012 National Customer Service Council Awards.
ECU was the winner in the Small Enterprise category, receiving the award for outstanding customer service excellence.
The team was required to undergo a rigorous process as part of the awards, including making a written submission, delivering a face-to-face presentation and a final test involving a week of mystery shopping calls to the Contact Centre.
The willingness of the team to go the ‘extra mile’ and undergo this lengthy process speaks volumes of the very motivated, proactive ethos that is evident in the wider Student Services Centre.
This is a very fine achievement and the Contact Centre team should be very proud of their work.
