What support is available to me?

For assistance with 'generic' support issues please contact the IT Service Desk on ext. 6000 or via email at itservicedesk@ecu.edu.au.

For more detailed assistance associated with issues relating specifically to the functionality of Callista, please contact the Systems Support Team directly on ext. 3914 or via email at callista@ecu.edu.au.

The dedicated Systems Support team can help with:

  • Clarification on how Callista works
  • Version upgrades
  • Specific Technical and Functional support issues
  • Ongoing enhancements
  • Module based training

Requesting Changes to the Callista Student Management System
If you require changes to be made to forms, reports or interfaces you need to make a formal request using the Change Request Form. This form should also be used if you require new forms, reports or interfaces.

Please note that if you are not a departmental manager, you must seek authorisation from your manager before submitting the form.

If you require any assistance or further information about the requirements you need, please contact the Callista Support team on extension 3914 or via email at callista@ecu.edu.au.

Once all relevant sections are completed, providing as much detailed information as possible, please either mail to 'Systems Support' at Joondalup campus, or fax on 2066.
