Summer Session - 2008 (Opening shortly)

ECU’s staggered online enrolment through SIMO for 2009 will commence shortly.

EXPECTING TO GRADUATE THIS SEMESTER?
If you are completing an older 22 unit course & have ‘unit level’ advanced standing (i.e. not specific units), you may not have been identified as a potential graduate. Please contact your school’s Student Support Officer URGENTLY for further investigation & referral to Student Records if required.
Bunbury students please note that there is no Ceremony for mid year Graduations. Any student eligible to Graduate and wishing to attend one of the ceremonies held at the Perth Convention Centre please contact the Corporate Events Office on www.ecu.edu.au/CorporateEvents
Study Timetable
Your study timetable is available in SIMO. After logging in click on the "study timetable" link on the left hand side. If you cannot see your units or you see a message saying "Warning Please Select Activities" then you have not enrolled properly or selected your activities. To do this you need to log into SIMO then click on "enrol online" on the left hand side and follow the steps.
Changing of Computer Passwords
The enforced changing of passwords has now been implemented within the student environment.
Students will have to change their password via the Central Authentication System (CAS) every 90 days.
Students who fail to reset their password will not be able to logon until they contact the IT Service Desk (on 6304 6000) to have their password reset. Once the IT Service Desk have reset the password, students will have until midnight that day to login and change their password which will be valid for a further 90 days.
