Advertising a position

Organisations and individuals can advertise opportunities to current students and recent graduates via our CareerHub Job Board site. CareerHub connects employers with job searching students and graduates through ECU Career Services.

To advertise a job to our students, you will need to access the CareerHub website. This is a completely free service. Please go to www.ecu.edu.au/careers. On the bottom right of the screen, you will see an option to register as an employer. You will need to complete the registration form (students do not see the details that you place in this form) and once you have done that, you can Add a Job. You will find the option to add a job in the employer menu. Please fill in as much information as you can in this form and submit it. Both your registration form and your job advert will come to us for approval. If we have any questions about it before making the advert live on the CareerHub website, we will contact you for clarification.

Direct marketing

Targeted on-campus employer presentations, seminars and information sessions are an excellent strategy to raise the profile of your company, promote employment opportunities and advertise graduate programs to current students and recent graduates. In addition, it is an excellent opportunity to meet students face-to-face and share your industry knowledge and experience. Your individual needs and requirements will be discussed and the Employer Liaison will organise, coordinate and promote the session to relevant students and graduates. You will have access to state-of-the- art audio-visual and modern facilities. This excellent service is offered free of charge.
