The Information Technology Services Centre (ITSC) supports the day-to-day activities of students, staff and researchers at ECU. ITSC email services, access to information systems using secure computer and communication networks and facilities such as teaching labs, student e-Labs, multimedia equipment hire,wireless connections and technical help via IT Service Desk. Staff and students looking for specific information can find it on the respective intranets. These are accessible by logging in to the Portal.
Access to networks
Visitors, students and staff have access to wireless networks on each of our campuses. These wireless networks provide access to the ECU website, the Student and Staff Portals and the Internet.
Facilities
ECU students have 24 hour access to on-campus computing facilities. Our e-Labs are an ideal place to finish assignments, carry out research and get online access to help with your studies.
