Recall an item
If the item you want to borrow is on loan to another person, you can recall it through the library catalogue.
The other borrower will have to bring the item back earlier than the due date and it will be put on hold for you so you can borrow it. When the item is available for pick-up you will be notified by email.
If you receive a ‘recall notice’, someone has recalled or made a request for the item you have borrowed. You must return that item by the new due date or overdue penalties will apply.
A maximum of six requests can be placed at one time.
Reserve collection and videos cannot be recalled.
