About the speakers

Mark Pullen
Principal - Watermark

Mark works with start-up, emerging and established SME businesses across a range of industries, technologies and brand driven enterprises to help them maximise their awareness and value from their IP (knowledge) assets. His clients benefit from his broad foundation of industrial experience in mechanical and electrical engineering technologies, specifically in the rail, mining and automotive industries.

Mark sits on the WA Innovator of the Year Award’s Advisory Committee and has participated in a number of organising committees and judging panels for state and national small business awards programs.

Guy Provan
Legal Director - Watermark

A recognised leader in intellectual property law, Guy has over 25 years experience in litigation and dispute resolution, enforcement of intellectual property rights, IP licensing and commercialisation, IT and internet agreements and general IP advice.

Guy’s clients range from individual inventors to listed companies. He is a regular presenter to the Association of Corporate Counsel and he contributes widely to both industry and legal publications.
