About the speakers

Sheryl Frame
Advisor - Accelerating Commercialisation

Sheryl currently works as a Commercialisation Adviser to Accelerating Commercialisation, a Federal Government initiative, which assists innovative new businesses in their transition from idea to commercial venture. Her extensive in-depth technology, marketing, strategic planning and business skills have underpinned her success in advising, guiding and mentoring innovation and commercialisation a wide range of early-stage companies.

Mark Pullen
Principal - Watermark

Mark works with start-up, emerging and established SME businesses across a range of industries, technologies and brand driven enterprises to help them maximise their awareness and value from their IP (knowledge) assets. His clients benefit from his broad foundation of industrial experience in mechanical and electrical engineering technologies, specifically in the rail, mining and automotive industries. Mark sits on the WA Innovator of the Year Award’s Advisory Committee and has participated in a number of organising committees and judging panels for state and national small business awards programs.

Joe Hutton
CEO -Ralleo

Joe is a qualified senior change manager with over ten years’ experience, particularly in the areas of change strategy, change programs and stakeholder management. Joe has considerable experience in large-scale business transformation, technology and organisational change management programs in Australia and the UK with experience across a wide variety of industry sectors that include Oil & Gas, resources, technology, finance and government.

Joe is now CEO of Ralleo a contemporary change management solution.

Shohan Sevitrane
CEO - Get Trakka

Shohan has over 15 years international experience in implementing and delivering sustainable growth strategies to global organisations. Together with undergraduate Engineering and Science qualifications from the University of WA, Shohan holds a number of postgraduate qualifications from Harvard Business School.

Prior to GET Trakka, Shohan was employed in the role of Vice President at Brüel & Kjær Vibro (Copenhagen), the world’s leading independent supplier of condition and performance monitoring solutions for rotating machinery.
