Yourtutor Bunbury
Yourtutor is an online service for school students in the Bunbury area connecting them with individual help on issues arising with homework, assignments, exam preparations and study questions.
Yourtutor connects students via the internet with qualified expert teachers and tutors in a range of subjects such as maths, English and science, as well as providing help with study skills and exam preparation.
As part of the partnership, Bunbury students from Years 4 to Year 12 can use the Bunbury Regional Library home page to access qualified tutors, logging on after school and using technologies such as controlled chat, interactive whiteboards and shared web browsing. Tutors are able to review homework questions with students in real time.
ECU is the only university in WA to support the program, which delivers genuine, tangible benefits to school students while increasing equitable access to educational assistance.
