Complaints Framework

The Manager – Compliance, Complaints & Integrity operates within the Risk & Assurance Services Centre and has overall responsibility for operation of the Complaints Framework at Edith Cowan University.

The Manager and the Compliance team also investigate complaints related to fraud and misconduct.
