Registration Fees and Entitlements

It is recommended that all delegates read through this information before completing the online Registration Form. Full payment must accompany all registrations. Please note it is essential for delegates, speakers, and accompanying persons to send in a completed registration form together with payment of appropriate registration fees. All presenters of papers are expected to register. All fees are in AU$ and include GST.

Note: There is a discounted registration for delegates also registering for the ICED2002 conference. Separate registration is required for each conference. For ICED 2002 conference registration, please refer to http://www.csd.uwa.edu.au/iced2002/

Inclusions and Exclusions

The Registration Fees include the Welcome Reception, Conference Dinner, cheese and wine at the poster presentation, lunches and refreshments during the day. It also includes a CD-ROM of the Refereed Conference Publication (hard copies will be available for purchase). It does not include accommodation or transfers from Conference accommodation venues to the conference. Please book these on the registration form.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation by participants will be reimbursed according to the following schedule:
Written cancellation received:

     Before 30 April 2002              90% Refund
     Before 31 May 2002              50% refund
     After 31 May or non-
     attendance at conference      No refund

Registration Desk & Message Board

The Registration Desk will be open at the following times in the foyer area at Joondalup Campus. Delegates will be required to collect their conference materials and name badge from the Registration Desk. The Message Board should be regularly checked.

Name Badges

You will receive a name badge at Registration. It will be your official pass to sessions and social functions. Please wear your badge at all times.

Payment

Conference registration fees may be paid by Cheque, Mastercard/Visa or Bankcard. Please forward payment for conference registration and a deposit of the first night's accommodation with your registration form. A receipt, confirmation letter and information regarding car parking and airport transfers will be sent to you. Cheques should be made payable to “HERDSA Conference 2002”.
