On Wednesday, 12 October 2016 the ECU South West Community Garden held a "swap-share-shuffle" event.
We had an amazing turn out on the day with a free sausage sizzle, fresh salads and fruit along with a pesto made from the produce from the Community Garden. Additionally tables were laden with fruits, nuts and plants that were contributed by staff and students making the swap-shuffle-share a great success.
The new ECU deck chairs were put to good use as we could not have asked for a better Spring day, the weather was perfect!
Special thank you to Di Webster, Troy Semmens and Marilyn Palmer for all your efforts, to all of the people who contributed their produce and also to ECU Guild along with ECU South West Admin who kindly funded the event.
