ECU Self-Assessment Team (SAT)

The ECU Self-Assessment Team (SAT) consists of a diverse cross section of staff who played a core role in the development of the University's application for an Athena SWAN Bronze Level Institutional Award. All members are committed to the Athena SWAN principles and through data gathering, analysis and evaluation, contributed to a four-year  Action Plan which targets areas for improvement in gender equality and inclusivity practice at ECU.
