Achieving an Athena SWAN Award - Insights from the UK

Friday, 19 May 2017

Tags:

Since the Athena SWAN Charter was established in the UK in 2005, The University of Nottingham has gained organisation-wide Athena SWAN Silver status and a large number of individually-awarded schools at the Bronze and Silver levels. As part of a buddy program we have invited Self-Assessment Deputy Chair, Dr Tamsin Majerus from The University of Nottingham to ECU. As we work towards a Bronze Level Institutional Award we can gain much from our colleagues abroad who are further advanced on the journey. All staff are invited to attend a public lecture at which Dr Majerus will relay her experiences to date.
