Ally Network

The ALLY Network aims to make the ECU community a safer place for students and staff. The Network seeks to create a more diverse and inclusive culture at ECU by promoting greater awareness of and support for, Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender and Intersex (GLBTI) staff and students.

Adopting this program, the University is educating and training mainly heterosexual staff to be sensitive to GLBTI people and their needs.

The following staff members have been formally trained in issues pertaining to harassment and discrimination and relevant University policies and procedures and have been appointed as ECU Allies.
