The objectives are to:

  • recognise the importance of publishing to enhance your writing skills and future career opportunities
  • identify the different forms of publication relevant to your research and how the quality of these publications is determined
  • discuss authorship issues and the peer review process
  • provide strategies for producing high quality publications for your research
