“I wanted more hands-on learning, as I thought it best suited the industry I was aiming for, and it’s exactly what I got at ECU. I had the opportunity to see what the industry was all about before I even graduated, with the highlight of my studies being an industry practice placement in the events sector at the Fremantle Dockers Football Club.
My lecturers have been great too, giving me knowledge and examples of working life in the industry, and organising guest speakers and site visits. I’ve gained some amazing skills and more importantly, contacts in the industry – a key to getting a job at the end.“
