Student Information Office

What is it?

The Student Information Offices (SIO) on the Joondalup and Mount Lawley Campuses are service centres dedicated to assisting current and future students who are studying undergraduate and postgraduate coursework courses in the Faculty of Business and Law at ECU.

How can the SIO help me?

The SIO provides the following services to assist students:

  • Provides course information and advice;
  • Identifies and assists students who require access to academic support;
  • Coordinates a peer mentoring programme;
  • Assesses potential graduates;
  • Administers eligibility and recognition of prior learning, including student exemptions (advanced standing).
We encourage all students to make the SIO their first point of enquiry within the Faculty.

Who should I contact?

In most cases your first point of contact should be the Student Information Officers.
