Little did I dream that within a couple of years, I would be winning a prestigious award that would change my life – 2009 WA Business Icon. The unique combination of theory and practical skills I acquired from my ECU double degree in Business and Psychology, helped me to excel in a very challenging competition. From this incredible experience, my career is now heading in a very exciting direction – I’m starting my own business. What I have learnt is this - don’t be frightened of change; it can open doors you never dreamed possible.”
