"I was conscious that I wanted to be studying in an environment that valued real-life experiences, and ECU provided just that. The practical units had the greatest impact on me as an HR Professional. Lecturers encouraged students to share their experiences, so we all had the opportunity to learn from each other. Plus the lecturing staff were great - very giving of their own time, and always available to answer questions on assignments, or provide additional assistance during exam preparation. I formed many friendships and networks during my time at ECU, most of which will be invaluable in years to come."
