At ECU, we teach business differently from other universities. We believe in the importance of developing employability skills to better prepare graduates for their future career in the workplace. We were the first in Australia to teach employability skills in a specially designed program called ECU Business Edge.

The ECU Business Edge team has an active interest in research and a growing research profile.
Current research areas include graduate employability, team work, student engagement, work integrated learning, workplace learning and the scholarship of teaching and learning.
