You have an innate ability to do the right thing, a willingness to accept responsibility and an open and honest approach to your work. You’re the perfect candidate for The Leading Edge Program.
The Joondalup Learning Precinct's (JLP) Centre for Leadership (of which ECU is a partner) launched its first program for developing tomorrow's leaders.
The Leading Edge Program is delivered through the shared facilities of the JLP, including ECU, the Western Australian Police Academy and West Coast TAFE. The program focuses on enhancing participants’ capabilities for leading staff to achieve organisational goals. It’s customised as much as possible to the interests of organisations represented in each group.
The program is designed for first level or middle managers to enhance their leadership capabilities and assist in achieving organisational goals.
The course is customised to your particular interests and delivers a variety of skills through a series of workshops held over 12 months. Workshops are presented by academics, industry trainers and peer mentors.
Completion of the program qualifies you for three units of credit toward a Graduate Certificate in Business at ECU.
