Certificates
The certificates gained by the students reflect the quality of their work during each of the two parts of the year’s program. The certificates are at four levels: High Distinction, Distinction, Credit and Participation. All students who complete the year-long program and receive a certificate are deserving of recognition and congratulations.
For the Primary Challenge, Junior Challenge and Intermediate Challenge the certificates are awarded as follows: High Distinction (for the students who achieve in the top 10%), Distinction (for the next 15%), Credit (for the next 25%), and Participation, for the remaining 50%.
For the Primary 1, Primary 2, Euler, and Gauss Enrichment programs the certificates are awarded as follows: High Distinction (for the students who achieve in the top 10%), Distinction (for the next 15%), Credit (for the next 25%), and Participation, for the remaining 50%.
For students in the Noether program the certificates are: High Distinction (for the students who achieve in the top 15%), Distinction (for the next 15%), Credit (for the next 30%), and Participation, for the remaining 40%.
