Physical activity behaviours and attitudes in women with breast cancer
The purpose of this study is to examine physical activity behaviours and beliefs about exercise in breast cancer survivors with and without lymphoedema. This is important information to establish as exercise plays a pivotal role in the prevention and management of cancer. Through gaining knowledge about exercise behaviours and beliefs of women with breast cancer related lymphoedema, specific interventions can be developed targeting improvements in positive physical activity behaviours that benefit the management of lymphoedema and quality of life in these cancer survivors.
