Graduation
After your Thesis or project has been examined and corrections have been made and approved by your Supervisor, you may be required to provide a copy of your Thesis.
Once you have been advised of your result, you should submit your Thesis (only 1st Class Honours) to the Student Information Office in accordance with the information sent to you via e-mail and post.
Honours students who receive First Class Honours will be required to provide:
- One digital copy of the accepted Thesis; and
- It is also customary to provide your Supervisor with a copy as well.
Please ensure that you read the instructions for submitting a Thesis to the Library.
Here you will find a link to the Thesis Submission form which should accompany your digital Thesis when submitted.
The digital copies of the Thesis are submitted to the Faculty Student Information office for processing via email at computinghealthandscience@ecu.edu.au or in person at Building 19, Room 19.118 on the Joondalup Campus.
Upon receipt of the recommendation of your Supervisor and the digital copy of your Thesis, the Board of Examiners will clear you for graduation.
All Honours students who receive Upper Second Class, Lower Second Class and Third Class Honours may be required to provide one spiral bound copy of the amended Thesis that is stored at the discretion of the School.
The Student Services Centre will advise you on what is required in order to participate in your relevant graduation ceremony.
