Background
I graduated as a Physiotherapist 1984 and Sports Physiotherapist in 1986. I moved towards Occupational Health and Safety in the mid 90’s, completing my M.Hlth.Sc.(OHS) in 1999 and PhD in 2005, both at ECU. I am currently completing a Master of Oil & Gas Engineering.
In 2001 I commenced working in the petroleum industry, initially as a human factors/ergonomics consultant on several major petroleum and resource engineering design projects in both Australia and Japan, before moving into health, safety and environment roles in offshore drilling and offshore construction.
My current position is Health, Environment and Safety Team Lead for the Drilling and Completions Group, Chevron Australia.Professional Memberships
