Background
Mr Gregson is the Head of FESA, and prior to this has had a long and distinguished career within the Western Australian Police. He has a significant reputation as a highly competent frontline senior operational officer that leads from the front. He has strategically led many high profile operations and incidents within the West Australian environment and is also highly regarded in the Australasian policing environment.
Wayne has an MBA from Edith Cowan University, a Bachelor of Arts degree (double major in politics and philosophy) from the University of Western Australia, is an Executive Graduate from the FBI Academy in Quantico, Virginia through the University of Virginia attaining territory qualifications in Criminal Justice Education and A Graduate Certificate in Applied Management through the Australian Institute of Police Management. Additionally, he is a graduate from the Australian Institute of Company Directors and an executive graduate from International Counter Terrorism Pacific Program. Part of Wayne's WA police responsibilities include the Forensic Portfolio and currently significant research in partnership building is occurring within the WA Police Forensic Science Portfolio.
