"ECU’s Occupational Therapy course has helped me grow both professionally and personally. As a school leaver, I narrowly missed out on entry into the course. I was disappointed, but not disheartened because I was given the opportunity to commence a Bachelor of Health Science (Health Promotion) for a year before transferring to Occupational Therapy. Within that year I was able to adapt to uni life, meet new friends and explore scholarship options to assist me with payment of my books and accommodation, all while obtaining credits for the Occupational Therapy course. Overall, the course was a challenging mix of theory and clinical practice, offered in a supportive study environment."
