Health and Wellness Expo

Healthy lifestyle tips, free massages, blood pressure checks, prizes and giveaways are all on offer at the 2012 ECU South West Wellness Expo, to be held at the South West on Thursday 23 August 2012.

With a combination of interactive exhibition stands and inspiring presentations, the Expo is a chance to learn about healthy lifestyle habits and take the first steps towards improving your personal health and wellbeing.

This year’s guest speaker is former ABC sports commentator Glenn Mitchell, who will share his experience of coming back from the brink of despair through his battle with depression.

The event is open to students, staff and all the local community from 10.30am – 1.30pm, with guest speakers from 12.00noon.
