Staff and students at ECU South West are being encouraged to leave the car at home and ride to work on 17 October for National Ride to Work Day.
As an added bonus The Guild is hosting a healthy breakfast for any staff or students who ride.
The day also falls in the Cycle Instead in Spring Challenge which encouraging people to ride to work until 21 October.
As well as the obvious health benefits there are a host of prizes up for grabs for ECU cyclists who sign up for the Challenge.
ECU students and staff can join this six week challenge at any point and monitor the kilometres they cycle to ECU in aid of getting active and reducing the impact on the environment.
Breakfast will be on offer from 7 - 9:30am at Kulbardi Court between Buildings 4 and 5.
