Our campus is part of both an educational precinct, comprising South West Institute of Training and Manea Senior College, and a health precinct, with the South West Health Campus, St John of God Hospital and South West Area Health Services.
The development of these precincts has been a deliberate strategic move as part of our campus consolidation program, in which the University moved from five disparate campuses to three centres. We now have formalised agreements on co-operative research and professional development opportunities with the South West Health Campus and St John of God Hospital, as well as an ongoing and developing relationship in the educational community in Bunbury. At any time, multiple engagement projects and relationships are in operation, involving varied commitment and interaction by the Campus.
