Students develop a variety of skills through initiatives such as developing and implementing health promotion programs; coordinating the South-West Senior Games; and performing health checks during the South-West Seniors’ Expo. Students also have the opportunity to engage in a week-long on-campus theory to practice simulation which includes medical students, doctors, and social worker students. Many of our graduates gain positions in the south-west region and beyond with employers actively recruiting at our annual ECU South West Nursing Expo.
