We are pleased to announce the introduction of a new web based ordering system which goes live from Monday 3 October 2011. This new system is identical in look and feel to any conventional online shopping experience.
A useful ‘how to’ guide has been developed and can be found on the home page of the new system.
You can find the link to ‘Expo Copy Services’ via the ‘easy logins’ on the staff portal on the left hand side of the screen. Once you click on this login you will be taken to an external web site which hosts the Expo ordering system.
For the first time, users will be able to pay for their orders with an ECU corporate credit card and everyone is encouraged to pay by this means. For those users who do not have access to a credit card, an account facility option is available where you will be asked for a flex field code.
There are a significant number of features in this new system which will become evident when using the facility. For instance, you will be able to see an automatic proof of business cards or stationery items once you have completed the required fields. You will also get a quote for your order before authorising production.
It is our intention to launch a student version of the Expo system in early 2012.
