It’s dynamic, fun, varied, challenging and effective. Boot Camp is a 4 week program designed to target fat loss, fitness and strength. Catering for all levels of fitness.

What’s involved?
As a group, you meet twice a week (Mondays and Wednesdays) at the ECU Sports Centre Joondalup. Instructors will be taking you through various activities including running, push ups, sit ups, sometimes using equipment such as boxing gloves or coppers logs. Boot Camp is fantastic for burning fat, getting fit fast and will make you fitter than before - no matter what your previous fitness level. The instructors are there to encourage and motivate you and to push you out of your comfort zone.

How many in each group and how old do I need to be?
We take between 15 - 20 people per program. (14 – 17 year old participants need parent or guardian to sign a disclaimer).

What happens if it’s raining?
The session will still take place.  If there’s any change to the itinerary your Instructor will contact you.

What if I can’t make a session?
You are paying for the program as a whole and if you can't attend a session or don’t show up we don’t do make-up sessions or refunds.

What are the qualifications of the Boot Camp Instructors?
Each of the instructors have either a degree in Sports Science or Certificate III or Certificate IV in Gym Instruction and/or Personal Training.  They all hold a Senior First Aid Certificate and carry a First Aid Kit during all sessions.

What should I wear?
Appropriate exercise attire, comfortable, sandshoes/sneakers. You may get a little dirty! Please bring water bottle as drink fountain facilities may not be available at all locations.

Please note: If you have any injuries or restrictions (past or present) that may be aggravated by participating in Boot Camp, then ECU Sports requires medical clearance before you can enrol.
