S.W.A.T. is run from ECU's Joondalup Campus at these times:
Joondalup
Mon/Wed/Fri at 6.00am and 6.00pm + Bonus session Saturday at 9.00am
Tue/Thu at 9.30am - Women Only, (Casual pay-as-you-go sessions, with creche available)
S.W.A.T. is constantly moving forward, featuring different locations, varied training equipment, cutting-edge drills and fun theme sessions. You'll find S.W.A.T. invading places like;

Frequently Asked Questions:
What’s involved?
As a group you meet three times a week (Mon/Wed/Fri) or four times a week for S.W.A.T. at various
locations close to the program you signed up for. Instructors
will be taking you through various activities including running,
push ups, sit ups, sometimes using equipment such as boxing
gloves, coppers logs or pretend rifles. Bootcamp is fantastic
for burning fat and getting fit fast. S.W.A.T. will make you better than before - no matter what your fitness level. The instructors are there
to encourage and motivate you and will try to push you out
of your comfort zone.
How many in each group and how old do I need to be?
We take between 20-30 people from the age of 14 years or older.
Where are the sessions held?
You will have to make your own way to some scenic locations that are part of the program. NOTE: The first session is always held at the ECU Sports Centre (Joondalup or Mount Lawley) where you will receive your itinerary and maps of where each of your following sessions will be held.
What happens if it’s raining?
The session will still take place. If there’s any change to the itinerary then your Instructor will contact you to let you know.
What if I can’t make a session?
You are paying for the program as a whole and if you can not attend a session or don’t show up we don’t do make up sessions or refund.
What are the qualifications of the Bootcamp Instructors?
Each of the instructors have either a degree in
Sports Science or Certificate III or Certificate IV in Gym Instruction
and/or Personal Training from TAFE. They all hold a Senior
First Aid Certificate and carry a First Aid Kit during all sessions.
What should I wear?
Appropriate exercise attire, comfortable, proper sandshoes/sneakers. You may get a little dirty!
** Please note: If you have any injuries or restrictions
(past or present) that may be aggravated by participating in
Bootcamp then ECU Sports requires medical clearance before you
can enroll.**
