The ECU Kids Holiday Program offers school aged children a variety of different sports to participate in during the school holidays, as well as providing a great environment to develop skills and make friendships

If your child is ready for an exciting holiday program that is not only fun, but good for them then you have come to the right place. Activities are structured so they are appropriate for each age group, and are supervised by experienced and skilled staff.

Frequently asked questions:

How old does my child need to be? Between the ages of 6 to 12 years or in Primary school.

When do I need to enrol by? Enrolments must be received 2 WORKING DAYS prior to the commencement of the program your child will participate in.

What to bring? The following items should be labelled with child's name: hat (legionnaire, broad brimmed and bucket hats required), drink bottle, non-marking sandshoes, clothing that covers shoulders and appropriate lunch and snacks.

Drop off & Pick up times: Please ensure children are dropped off between 8.00-8.30am and collected between 4.00-5.30pm. Midday drop off/collections must be at 12:30pm sharp. Your children are unable to be supervised prior to 8.00am and after 5.30pm so we ask that you comply with the stated drop off/pick up times.

How do I enrol my children? You must fill in an enrolment form and either email, fax or hand in person with full payment or payment details included. Please see above to download the PDF version of the Kids Holiday Program Brochure/Enrolment forms, and email to khpjo@ecu.edu.au or fax to 6304 5333

Can I salary package the program if I'm an ECU staff member? Yes. Provided you are a ongoing or fixed term staff member at ECU. Simply complete the PDF Salary package form and attach it to your Kids Holiday Program enrolment form.

Childcare Rebate: Unfortunately, participants in the the ECU Kids Holiday program do not qualify for a child care rebate as the program is "Sports Based" and as such cannot be registered under the National Childcare Accreditation Act.

We are however, pleased to inform you that after completing some cost analysis’s against other Centres our program is provided to you at a very competitive price and you can be assured your child will always be provided with the highest quality of care in a fun and nurturing environment.

Do you have any special offers? Discounts apply if you enrol your child in a full week program (full or half days). Further discount applies when enrolling more than one child from the same family, in the same full week program together.

If it is a "short week" (due to a public holiday ) simply pay the "day" rate for that week and not the "weekly" rate eg. there is no weekly discount.
