Request an Appointment
Select the centre nearest you and a membership consultant will contact you shortly to confirm your appointment. Please allow for a minimum of 48 hours notice.
Upon joining ECU Sport & Fitness Centre, you will be taken on a personalised guided tour. Our aim is to inform you of the quality of facilities and services we offer and help you make the most of your training at our fitness centre. More importantly, it will ensure that you are working effectively towards your goals in whatever area of the fitness centre you wish to train in.
For the first phase of your membership we will book you in for a free appraisal and program with a qualified staff member who will ensure you are shown how to use all the equipment safely.
If you are inexperienced in the gym or new to exercise, we offer you as many follow up assessments as needed with one of our fitness instructors for FREE.

How do I keep motivated?
If you wish, your fitness levels may be measured so that new targets may be set. We recommend that you have an appraisal every 8 to 12 weeks. These are all included free with your membership. The sessions can be booked at your convenience through our friendly staff at front reception.
Your fitness instructor will assess your progress and ensure that you are happy with all elements of your program. We will review your goals and make changes to your program to help keep you on track.
Personal Training: Is it for me?
Meet with one of our specially trained membership consultants and decide if Personal Training is the thing for you. In this free session, they will explain the benefits of Personal Training specifically with your needs in mind and your short and long term goals. Request your FREE appointment now

Can I claim a rebate for my gym membership from my health care fund?
ECU Sports is a recognised provider with BUPA, NRMA , nib and SGIC. Depending on your level of cover you may be able to claim a rebate. You will need to contact your provider for more details. The rebate is registered under the names listed below. Just choose the centre you joined at:
