How to Avoid a fine

• Infringements are issued for not displaying a permit, not necessarily for not owning one.
• Do not place permit under window tinting.
• Notes on dashboards are not acceptable in place of a permit.
• If you are not driving your normal vehicle, obtain a temporary permit from Student Central.
• All vehicles parked in Visitors Pay and Display Bays must display a valid ticket.
• Make sure that your parking permit or ticket is clearly displayed at all times for external inspection.
• Vehicles are not permitted to park on verges, grass areas, roads or pathways at any time, for the protection of the University environment, and for the safety of students, staff and visitors
