How do I apply for a place in the Student Village?
Contact our Student Village Office and ask for an application package. The package includes Student Village information and an application form . You will have to provide photos and the application fee, along with your completed form to the Student Housing office to secure your place on a waiting list.
Can I apply for a place in the Student Village if I haven't been accepted into a course yet?
Yes. The Student Village Administration Office accepts applications year round. If you are not a student at your time of application, your application will be considered after you have accepted an offer to study at ECU (usually in late January).
If I don't receive a placement in the Student Village or change my mind about living there after I have submitted my application, is the application fee refundable?
No.
How much is it to rent a unit?
For South West Campus costs download the information sheet for the most current fee and rent information.
For Joondalup and Mt Lawley campuses see the Costs page

Undergraduate rooms are single occupancy only. However some postgraduate units are able to have double occupancy with a spouse/partner. Children cannot reside or stay in any ECU Student Village.
