The Off Campus Housing Service (OCHS) is a free service open to all students and staff of the University. As a referral and resource service, the OCHS provides access to computers, use of telephones, access to maps, bus routes and information on leases or contracts.
International students are offered further assistance, in that a University vehicle and driver will be made available to show students a maximum of three properties when they first arrive. Please be aware that as this service is offered once only to new students and is only available during peak periods which are 4 weeks prior to the start of semesters, you are advised to make best use of this facility. Newly arrived students must be aware that they may need to devote AT LEAST ONE WEEK to the securing of suitable accommodation.
The Off Campus Housing Service is a referral and resource service only and whilst every effort is made to assist students to find safe, secure and suitable accommodation, any lease or other housing arrangements entered into are at the sole discretion of the student and the accommodation provider involved.

Alternative Home stay Option
Nacel Australia is an international student exchange organisation with over 15 years’ experience in providing a variety of accommodation options for students studying in Perth.
Home stay is a very popular option for overseas students as well as for interstate Australian and country students. There are many different varieties of households: from a single person living in a unit to a couple with children, and some households host more than one student. Every effort is made to place students within easy access to their college/university and host families are interviewed regularly and adults have to provide police clearances.
Students can request a home stay placement before leaving their city of residence and will be notified of the family details so they can go straight there from the airport. For further information please visit:
