Our salaries and employment conditions are defined by Certified Agreements and entitle you to optimise your pay through:
- ongoing salary increments;
- pre-tax salary packaging options; and
- deferred salary schemes.

Our employer-funded superannuation is held with industry super fund, UniSuper, and paid in addition to your salary entitling you to:
- 17 per cent for employees on contracts of two years or more; or
- nine per cent for employees on fixed-term or casual contracts of less than one year.
