Higher degree by research applicants

If you are a higher degree by research student please apply direct to University Admissions

In order to apply for a research course, we need you to provide the following documents with your application:

  1. A brief outline of the research topic you wish to undertake (1-2 pages length),
  2. Copies of qualifications (including transcripts), and
  3. Copies of any published papers or journals (if available)

The Graduate Research School provides application and information packages for Master by Research and Doctoral Courses.

  • 13 July: Closing date for Masters by Research applications for mid-year entry
  • 23 July: Orientation week
  • 29 July: Joondalup Open Day
  • 30 July: Semester 2 starts
  • 12 August: Mount Lawley & WAAPA Open Day
  • 17 - 21 September: ECU Research Week
