How to get into ECU
We provide a wide range of entry pathways that prospective international students can use to gain admission into courses at ECU.
Direct entry - minimum admission requirements
There are minimum admission requirements that you must meet to gain admission to ECU.
Some courses have special admission requirements.
You must meet the minimum admission requirements in addition to meeting any special admission requirements for the course you intend to apply for.
Packaging your entry pathway
If you are planning on completing a Foundation Program, Certificate, Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Postgraduate Prequalifier, you may be able to package your pathway with an ECU course!
There are a range of pathway programs that can be packaged with specific ECU courses.
Successful completion of the pathway course to the required level will guarantee you a place in the ECU course specified in the packaged offer - provided all conditions of your offer are met.

If you are applying for one of our courses and have completed previous study at an equivalent level, you may be eligible for advanced standing.
